As a company we specialise in offering non-tangible irrevocable goods for which we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped. You are responsible for understanding the description of product or service upon purchasing.
Please make sure that you have carefully read all relevant documentation and tried out the demo (often FREE) where available. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described or a service fault for which we are responsible for on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned.
The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to post the transaction to your account, typically 3-5 business days.
